Upon arrival at Seronera airstrip, you’ll be greeted by your guide and embark on a picturesque drive through the sweeping plains of the Serengeti. Arriving at Namiri Plains camp, immerse yourself in the serenity of the surroundings and witness wildlife gracefully roaming nearby.
In the afternoon, kick off your exploration of this exclusive corner of the renowned National Park with an exhilarating game drive, pausing for sundowners atop the enchanting Soit Le Motonyi rock. With no other camps in close proximity, you may feel like you have the Serengeti all to yourself! Return to camp for a sumptuous three-course meal and unwind to the nocturnal symphony of the wilderness.
Over the next few days, indulge in morning and afternoon game drives or invigorating walking safaris led by knowledgeable guides. Traverse the grassy plains, rocky outcrops, and acacia woodlands in search of the resident felines and a plethora of other species, including giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, and buffalos, along with an abundance of birdlife.
During the heat of the day, retreat to camp to relax by the pool or treat yourself to a rejuvenating massage before the afternoon’s adventures.
**Days 4-6: Northern Serengeti Marvels**
Bid farewell to Namiri Plains after breakfast as you transfer to Seronera airstrip for your flight to Kogatende airstrip in the Northern Serengeti. Upon arrival, embark on a game drive en route to Sayari camp, where lunch awaits. In the afternoon, choose between unwinding in camp or venturing out for a game drive in an open safari vehicle.
Return to camp to freshen up before savoring your first dinner experience at Sayari, followed by drinks around a traditional safari campfire.
Your days here offer flexibility in scheduling. Opt for an early morning game drive with a picnic breakfast, returning for lunch and relaxing by the pool or enjoying another game drive in the afternoon. Alternatively, enjoy breakfast in camp before heading out with a picnic lunch, returning in the mid-afternoon. Shared game drives are available, with the option to hire a private vehicle for added flexibility.
**Days 7-9: Ruaha National Park Adventure**
Fly south to Ruaha National Park, marveling at the stark beauty of the landscape. Upon arrival at Msembe airstrip, your guide will accompany you to Jabali Ridge. Settle into your suite with a stunning view of a baobab valley before enjoying lunch and deciding on your afternoon activities, which could include relaxing by the pool or embarking on an afternoon game drive.
