Day 01: Nairobi Arrival

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our friendly guide driver will warmly greet you and transfer you to Ibis Styles Hotel, approximately 22 kilometers away, a journey taking about 30 minutes depending on traffic. After check-in, we’ll provide a briefing on what we hope will be your best holiday in Africa. Enjoy an overnight stay in Standard rooms with Bed & Breakfast included.

Day 02: Nairobi to Buffalo Springs National Reserve

Start your day with an early morning breakfast before beginning your Kenya safari adventure. Our guide driver will pick you up and drive approximately 330 kilometers to Buffalo Springs National Reserve, a journey taking about 6.5 hours depending on traffic. Upon arrival, check-in at Samburu Simba Lodge and enjoy lunch before embarking on an afternoon game viewing drive. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Buffalo Springs National Reserve

Enjoy an early morning game viewing drive followed by breakfast back at the camp. The mid-morning is at leisure, followed by lunch and another afternoon game viewing drive. Encounter the unique wildlife of Samburu, including the “Samburu Special Five” and other fascinating species. Return to Samburu Simba Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 04: Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

After breakfast, we’ll drive approximately 145 kilometers to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a journey taking about 3.5 hours depending on traffic. Upon arrival at Sweetwaters Serena Camp, check-in and enjoy lunch before embarking on an afternoon game viewing drive. Encounter the Big Five and other wildlife species in this renowned conservancy. Enjoy dinner and overnight.

Day 05: Ol Pejeta Conservancy to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, we’ll drive approximately 160 kilometers to Lake Nakuru National Park, with a brief stop at the 74-meter Thompson Falls. Arrive at Flamingo Hill Tented Camp for check-in and lunch before an afternoon game viewing drive. Explore the park’s abundant wildlife, including the famous flamingos and the Big Five. Enjoy dinner and overnight.

Day 06: Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, we’ll drive approximately 270 kilometers to Masai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival at Zebra Plains Mara Camp, enjoy lunch before an afternoon game viewing drive. Witness the spectacular wildebeest migration and encounter Africa’s iconic Big Five. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 07: Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, depart with packed lunch for a full day of game viewing drives or opt for morning and afternoon drives with hot lunch at the lodge. Experience the famous wildebeest migration and explore the reserve’s abundant wildlife. Consider a cultural visit to nearby Masai villages. Enjoy dinner and overnight at Zebra Plains Mara Camp.

Day 08: Departure

After breakfast and check-out, we’ll drive you back to Nairobi, approximately 290 kilometers away, a journey taking about 6.5 hours. Alternatively, opt for a one-hour light scheduled flight to Wilson Airport at an extra cost. If time allows, enjoy lunch before our guide driver drops you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight.
